Songyue Forum·The 8th Central Plains Critical Care Medicine Conference Source: Time:2019-03-22 13:55
From March 15 to 17, 2019, the Songyue Forum and the 8th Central Plains Conference on Critical Care Medicine, sponsored by Henan Hospital Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Critical Care of Henan People's Hospital, were held in Zhengzhou. Around the theme of the conference, "Subject Management and Quality", more than 70 well-known experts of critical medicine from all over the country and 600 colleagues from all over the province gave more than 120 lectures in the main forum and seven sub-venues. The purpose of this conference is to promote the sustainable development of critical medicine in Central Plains, build an all-round academic exchange platform, advocate the intellectualization and informationization of severe diseases, integrate production, education and research, constantly promote the progress and innovation of critical medicine, and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of severe medical workers.
As a leader in medical equipment focusing on anesthesia and intensive care, and also the general agent of many imported brands in China,Bejing Talent Trade Co., Ltd, was invited to attend this conference and presented the new products to the participants- Ambu Electronic bronchoscopy system. The exhibitors of Bejing Talent Trade Co., Ltd, introduced the products in detail and answered many questions raised by the audience. The booth site attracted a large number of participants to stop at the show, and the display products received high attention.
The soft bronchoscope was invented by Shigeto Ikeda in 1966 and is now commonly used for diagnosis, staging and treatment of low airway abnormalities. Soft bronchoscopy in the intensive care unit (ICU) can be used to remove secretions and mucus, obtain samples for cytology and microbiological examination, diagnose lower respiratory tract infections or interstitial lung disease (bronchial alveolar lavage), in addition, soft bronchi The mirror can also be used to remove foreign bodies from the airways and special procedures such as percutaneous dilatation tracheotomy (PDT). Under the influence of today's medical environment, Ambu launched the portable visual electronic bronchoscope system, Ambu ® aScopeTM 3, in 2009 to address the medical challenges of bronchoscopy leading to nosocomial infections. The visual electronic bronchoscope system consists of a rugged multiplexed display aView and a disposable mirror body aScope3 / aScope3Slim. The mirror body is available in three sizes, but it is currently CFDA-certified in China. There are two models----aScope 3 Regular: the outer diameter of the mirror is 5.0 mm, the working channel is 2.2 mm, and the lens curvature is 150o/130o; aScope 3 Slim: The outer diameter of the mirror body is 3.8 mm, the working channel is 1.2 mm, and the lens curvature is 130o/130o. Different specifications meet different clinical requirements.
Ambu aScope3 and Ambu aScope Slim are flexible disposable electronic bronchoscopes. At the same time, it can solve the need of carrying, installing and eliminating complicated cleaning process at one time, and it can release valuable resources from other programs. AScope 3 is ideal for a wide range of bronchoscopic procedures, from operating room and emergency department intubation and intubation techniques training to ICU bedside alveolar broncholavage and tracheotomy, compared to the range of multiplexed bronchoscopy.
Ambu aScope 3 Slim is also an ultra-thin electronic bronchoscope. Because of its small outer diameter, it is an alternative to multiplexing fiberglass. It is suitable for a wide range of bronchoscopy: guiding the placement of double-lumen tubes and blockages during single-lung surgery. The ultra-fine design makes the aScope 3 ideal for placing ET tubes _ 5 mm or DLT size 35Fr. At the same time, the two products can be connected to a portable display - Ambu ® aView ™, the high resolution image makes positioning and rapid identification easier. By using aScope3 system, clinical operation will be more convenient and the risk of cross-infection of patients will be reduced. Ambu aScope addresses three key clinical challenges:
1) out-of-the-box -- clinical operators can access devices directly from the packaging immediately and do not need to resterilize them, etc.
2) aScope 3 is suitable for a wide range of endoscopic procedures -- from intubation and bedside bronchoscopy to training in intubation and bronchoscopy techniques.
3) in remote hospitals, operating rooms and intensive care units, aScope will save money.
Through this exhibition, we also learned a lot. Experts and scholars have a deeper understanding and understanding of our products. We also learned about the industry's new technology and product dynamics. At the same time, experts' wonderful speeches and practical clinical case sharing helped us understand the frontline needs. We will continue adhering to the instructions that “training doctors with excellent weapons to help patients suffering from pain” continue to advance in the field of anesthesia and severe diseases.
